EnDev Bolivia – Access to Energy is part of the global programme Energising Development, financed by six donor countries, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Sweden, and is implemented through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
To date, its results have benefited 17.3 million people, 19,400 social institutions and 38,600 small-scale enterprises with access to energy services in Africa, Asia and Latin America. More than one million of these beneficiaries have been reached through EnDev Bolivia
Bolivia is one of 25 countries where the programme is currently being implemented. By June 2017, EnDev Bolivia had benefited 204,800 households, 4,830 social infrastructures and 26,800 small-scale enterprises with energy access.
